Nigerian hip-hop or so called AFRO HIP-HOP to me as been or would continue to be a disaster. Its more of a lame and quick way of getting cheap stacks and fame. it aint real hip-hop and folks please stop calling these so called afro hiphopers rappers,they are just lazy dudes trying to make ends meets and are just fortunate rhymers who got into the game by luck and lack of unemployment..
Hip-hop should be done the right way as its been done in the states in the early 80's till the mid and late 90's although some of we amateurs have falling victim of making quick hits for quick stacks and fame... but all that bro wont earn you respect from real hip-hop heads.
The saga taged PIRACY that affects AFRO HIP-HOP or showbiz in general , to me is well deseverd to an extent......................................
MY REASON---- AFRO HIP-HOP IS A CULTURE THAT ORIGINATED FROM HIP-HOP which started in nigeria in the early 90's is a photocopy( in black and white) of real hip hop... to me it screams wackness!! wackness!! wackness!!, even though some joints from its loins are grooveable so to say... the so called afro hiphop heads would defend their own nortion by saying " its spittin wat U & ur own PEOPLE can feel and love" what a lame excuse. just slut in a run dmc or biggiesmalls jives and see if a prof wont knode his skullz to it, its pure punch lines, metaphorically spiced and excellently delivered. its like comparing OGI AND FRIED RICE. their style was pirated so their works too would be..!
THE deal is if it aint hip-hop it cant be tripped off
